Cause:
The file has 'Read Only' enabled.
Solution:
Disable 'Read Only'.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
2) Type the document name in the 'File Name' box.
3) Clear the 'Read Only' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
